Jon Bye and Associates had less than one month to get my sister's home sold. The house was sold in approximately 27 days! Everything was completed and I received the funds on the 27th day after it was put up for sale! I am more than pleased with the huge profit on the house. But that huge profit never would have happened if Joh Bye and his team had not put forth a work ethnic that I have not seen in years! It was my fault that Jon only had less than a month to sell the house. Family issues! But Jon was always upbeat, kind, uplifting, caring and professional throughout my entire time with him. He took on responsibilities that definitely were not his and his Associates backed him up all the way! It's 2023 and their Customer Service reminded me of the type of customer service I use to receive many, many years ago. I was in awe and became somewhat spoiled in ALWAYS expecting to be treated as their only client. Not once did they disappoint me. Jon and Associates fulfilled every promise they made to me. They were always professional, knowledgeable, on-time, always on-time, and patient. Jon and Associates' attention to detail allows you to do other things because they will do and cover everything. Jon is a man of his word and he returned every single phone call or text. This TEAM keeps you updated to Everything that is happening or going to happen. They went out of their way to meet my needs. You see, I live in a different state than the house I was selling. Jon and Associates went to my sister's home to do whatever needed to be done. AMAZING…is how I would describe our experience selling our home with Jon Bye & Associates Real Estate!!! Jon and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with from our initial conversations right up through the sale and closing of our home. Please indulge me in describing our experience below… BEFORE THE LISTING…Jon was able to provide us with comprehensive insights on current market conditions and realistic pricing options for our home, including specific comparisons to either recently sold or for sale homes within our geographic area. Jon also provided us with detailed “fee sheets” showing various price points, a breakdown of expected selling expenses and the “net amount” that we would receive from the sale. In addition, Jon arranged for us to have a pre-listing home inspection, professional photos and provided us with suggestions and guidance on a few activities that we could undertake to prepare our home for sale. ONCE THE LISTING WAS ACTIVE...on multiple platforms (i.e., Zillow, Redfin, MLS and John L. Scott), Jon and his team provided us with weekly updates on the amount of traffic (views and saves) that our home was receiving as well as a running summary of feedback that Jon and his team received from agents for any showings that took place each week. Further, to keep us aware of what was happening in the market in real time, Jon also set us up with an account on OneHome, which provided us with ongoing alerts for homes similar to ours anytime a new home came on the market, went pending, or was sold. WHEN OFFERS WERE RECEIVED…during the time our home was listed, Jon provided us with formal offer documentation and, whether the offers were priced at or below the minimum we were willing to accept, Jon respected our bottom line figure and was highly supportive of our decision-making process. Ultimately, we received an offer that we could accept and all along the way, Jon and his team kept us informed of the closing process, next steps involved and basically held our hands through the sale and to closing. DURING THE TIME OF CLOSING…my wife and I had a previously-scheduled trip planned, but to ensure that the sale went through successfully, Jon even went so far as to tell us if we didn’t have time to move our belongings out, that he and his team could take care of that for us as well!! This truly does reflect Jon and his team’s mission statement of “Service Beyond the Sale!” We want to commend Jon and his team for their comprehensive approach to representing us in our home sale.
