I have been a Real Estate Broker in the Los Angeles, Ca. area for over 33 years. My attorney in Washington referred me to Jon Bye to assist in the eventual sale of some Estate residential property that would hopefully eventually be sold. From the first time I contacted Jon his positive and service orientated attitude won the day. This complex and difficult real estate endeavor of mine took over a year on and off to be resolved and it really got quite challenging when we finally got it into escrow. Jon Bye’s team handled and unraveled a very challenging situation for me that looked daunting at first but they took care of it what seemed effortlessly. Jon provided spot on professional service and advice for me and others on the account from day one a year before he even got the listing! Being over 1200 miles away and handling this from a distance, I had total confidence and trust in Jon and his team to get the job done. As a real estate professional myself, Jon and his staff have certainly earned my trust and respect and referrals down the road.

Every time we get the opportunity to work with Jon and his team, he somehow only gets better and better, even after starting at the top. He and his team are incredibly organized. When he is the listing agent (which is the typical manner we get to work with him), he takes care of so many behind the scenes details that his clients likely never see, but it helps them in so many ways. I would definitely give Alec Klasna at Jon Bye & Associates the highest rating possible my sister and I are the administrators of our cousins estate and needed to sell his condo. He was a hoarder and we were discouraged as what to do to sell. Alec was referred to us and helped us see the potential of the condo. He is so professional but so easy to talk to. Alec found very reliable and good companies to clean out the condo, repair things, and paint. We live out of state and had to completely turn things over to Alec. He was able to accomplish all of this in a short period of time and sold the condo without it having to go on the open market. During this process Alec gave me updates at least twice a week. This made the sell on the condo the easiest part of handling the estate.
Simon Cruz was incredible! Walked me through every step along the way. He was available to answer any questions and Jon Bye and office staff updated me every Friday to let me know what next step were. I will 100% use them every time and highly recommend.
